General Information

Zenit World supports trading user accounts signups of both individual (retail) users and enterprise users (Corporate). During the signup, there will be two stages of verification for both these categories of users:

• Basic Verification: After verified email ID and personal ID verification

• Advanced Verification: With personal ID verification including bank statement submission

Steps to sign up

1. Register with Email ID

• Select the country

• Input the email address

• Set a strong password (Do not share with anyone)

• Select the checkbox "I agree to the Zenit T&C and Privacy Policy"

• Tap register

2. Input the OTP

• Input the OTP you received on Email

• Tap the verify button

3. Registration success

• You will be redirected to Zenit world home page

Step by Step Guide

• Login to Zenit World

• Click on the circular profile icon at the top right and profile menu

2. Identity verification

• Click on the identity verification section on the left side of the page

• Click Verify button in Basic KYC module

3. Identity document

• Select the preferred the identity document to proceed

• Option to continue the verification on your mobile phones by clicking "Continue on phone". A link and QR code will be provided for you to continue the process on your phones.

4. Follow instructions

• Follow the instructions and complete the selfie check. You will need to have a device with a front facing camera to complete this.

5. Proceed

• Once completed, you will be able to see an overview of the steps done. Click "Next" to proceed

6. You're Verified

• After the verification is complete, Verified button with green color will appear under Basic KYC module
